Process control during garri processing machine line:
Washing should be carried out thoroughly to avoid contamination of the final product with peel, sand, and so on.
Fermentation must be properly controlled, as too short a period will result in incomplete detoxification and a bland product. Too long a period will give the product a strong sour taste. Both over- and underfermentation also badly affect the texture of the final gari
If too much liquid is pressed from the grated cassava, the gelatinization of starch during subsequent roasting is affected and the product is whiter.
If sufficient liquid is not removed, however, the formation of granules during roasting is affected and the dough is more likely to form into lumps. The ideal moisture content is 47-50 %, and this is assessed visually by experienced gari producers.
Sieving is important to obtain a high-quality product, free of fibrous contaminants and with similar-sized granules. The granules must be roasted to about 80 ºC/175 ºF to achieve partial gelatinization of the starch.
If lower temperatures are used, the product simply dries and produces a dry white powder. Too high a temperature will cause charring of the product and make it stick to the roasting pan.

Description of starch centrifugal sieve
The starch centrifuge sieve is specially used in separation of fiber and starch. The body has a fully high quality stainless structure, with the character of anti- erosion, anti- oil, and anti-dirty through a special surface treatment. Sieve basket is the key assembly and it must be strictly checked with centrifugal balance test by authoritative department to make sure its stable running. The centrifugal sieve with high capacity, reasonable power efficiency, and high starch extraction ratio.
When the starch centrifuge sieve running, the starch slurry enters the bottom of the sieve basket, and then under the effect of centrifugal force and gravity, the slurry goes a complex curve movement toward the bigger size direction, even rolling. In the process, the bigger impurities arrive the outer edge of the sieve basket, collecting in the slag collection chamber, whist the starch particle which size is smaller than the mesh fall into the starch powder collection chamber.
The starch centrifuge sieve has spray nozzle device both in the back and front of the sieve basket. By spraying washing water, the material move speed is accelerated whist the starch particles are easy to separate from the fiber slag.

Instruction of the double screw gluten making machine :

1.First,put the water into the hopper,then put the suitable flour into the hopper ,mix them together.The water and flour ratio is 0.6-0.7/1,it means ,if you want to put 25 kg flour,you need put 15kg water.

2,The first mixing time is total 12 mintues,must be clockwise rotation about 5-6 minutes, then reverse about 5minutes, then stop to make the dough keeping a moment with a wet cloth or plastic wrap if you have

3.The dough will keep a moment,generally for not less than 12 minutes.

4,After 12 minutes, put 15 kg water into the hopper again,then open the machine to work about 3 minutes,then stop,let the flour batter flow through the hole of machine.

5,The machine moved to points,connect the filter on the hopper when let the flour batter flow .

6,second washing time will be not more than 5 minutes.As per the 4 and 5,can repeat about two or three times ,then can get the gluten finally.Please clean the hopper after get the gluten out from the hopper
